THIS POSITION WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH AND BE SUPERVISED BY THE OFFICE MANAGER.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and ensure data hygiene in the donor database
- Develop data entry and database management guidelines, to be followed by all users
- Complete various database clean-up projects, as needed
- Develop system for NCOA and other constituent address monitoring/upkeep
- Complete donor research to fill out donor records more completely
- Create and regularly provide donor/data reports for staff
- Regularly collect patient stories when you are in clinic

- Able to work independently and use good judgement, including discerning when a decision/problem needs to be run by staff
- Practiced in and highly comfortable with typical office technology/software
- Experienced with relational database work

- Committed to a “can-do” attitude
- Passionate about providing free dental healthcare to all who need it
- Able to commit to a minimum of five hours a week
