What you’ll learn

Managing the fears and anxieties of our patients is part of
daily clinical practice, however some patients test our patience and stretch us
farther than we thought possible. Many patients can be successfully treated in
your practice. Tips and insights will be shared to improve everyone’s appointment
experience, and allow you to reach patients and their families. Examples of
challenges experienced first hand by the speaker, with the truthful “good and
bad” results, will be shared. We will review the continuum of care,
acknowledging sometimes we need to refer. Come with an open mind and your
questions for an interactive session.
